This ready made blend contains a mix of ginger, peppermint, cedarwood and chamomile pure essential oils. It is designed to help calm the nerves while travelling. The aroma of ginger and peppermint can work as an anti sickness making this blend a great choice for those who suffer from nausea when travelling.
Aromatherapy in the home:
Add a few drops of the oil to water in the well of an oil burner and light a tea light underneath, alternatively you can add a few drops of the oil in to the water chamber of your electric ultrasonic diffuser.
Aromatherapy on the go:
Add a couple of drops of oil on to the specially designed diffuser beads or felt pads of your diffuser jewellery or car air fresheners.
Aromatherapy for the body:
Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the body as a massage oil. Alternatively add a few drops to you bath water to enjoy a natural relaxing soak.
