This ready made blend contains a mix of lavender, rosemary, and geranium pure essential oils. It is designed to create harmonious effect on the mind and body. The delicate floral scent is relaxing and comforting creating a 'Zen' effect - an emotional calm.
Aromatherapy in the home:
Add a few drops of the oil to water in the well of an oil burner and light a tea light underneath, alternatively you can add a few drops of the oil in to the water chamber of your electric ultrasonic diffuser.
Aromatherapy on the go:
Add a couple of drops of oil on to the specially designed diffuser beads or felt pads of your diffuser jewellery or car air fresheners.
Aromatherapy for the body:
Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the body as a massage oil. Alternatively add a few drops to you bath water to enjoy a natural relaxing soak.
