Sencha green tea (49.0%), Lung Ching green tea, nettle leaves, horsetail stems, pineapple pieces (pineapple, cane sugar, citric acid (E330)), orange peel, olive leaves, freeze-dried blueberry, natural flavouring

Directions:
Use 2-3g to 200ml at 70-80 degrees C and leave to stand for 3-4 minutes.
