Location: In store - Clouds, Upper Egerton Walk, Walkden Town Centre, M28 3ZH)
Price: £15 each (This workshop will be limited to 10 spaces)
This workshop is designed for adults (sorry no under 18’s). 

An intimate workshop of only 10 spaces where we will focus on understanding gratitude, enhancing self-love, and creating a personal gratitude tree.

£15 per person which includes the materials you will need to create your gratitude tree plus light refreshments. 

The evening will be made up of different exercises, affirmations, meditations, breathing techniques as well as sharing our thoughts and connecting with the group. We aim for you to leave the evening feeling relaxed and with a new found love and gratitude for yourself and your life.

Meet Mark:
We're so happy to be collaborating with Mark. He's a talented Fluid Artist and YouTuber with over 40,000 subscribers. Mark's work features abstract acrylic pouring with an emphasis on mindfulness and mental health and how art and creativity can be used as a meditation tool. 

As well as producing one of a kind artworks that are hung in homes around the world, he has also completed a diploma in art therapy. 

Once you get your order confirmation you will then receive a follow up email containing your ticket and any extra information needed for the event. This email is your ticket and will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase - please have this handy when you arrive.
