Apache Tears


Apache Tears are nodules of black obsidian formed by the rapid cooling of volcanic lava. This stone is for grounding, protection, enjoyment of physical experience and emotional cleansing.

Traditionally, Apache Tears are said to be the tears shed by Native American women in mourning for their warriors who were driven from a cliff by the U.S. cavalry.

This stone is used for comfort in times of grief, providing insight and acceptance. Used to gain access to the astral and ancestral realms, it is a good stone to use for Vision Quest. Useful for comfort during hard times, giving insight and acceptance. Helps cope with pain and loss.
