UK Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge (1st class post) is £3.59

If your order weighs over 1kg, the delivery charge is £5.99

If your order weighs over 2kg, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout before you pay

Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more

We also offer a local delivery service within the following postcodes: M27, M28, M29, M38, BL2, BL3, BL4 - simply enter your postcode in your shopping basket, and a £1.00 charge will be added when you checkout.
We'll deliver your items to you within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll ring you to arrange a delivery slot that's convenient for you.

A free Click & Collect service is also available. Simply select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up from our Walkden shop.

 

UK Delivery Times

UK orders sent via 1st class post will be delivered in approximately 2-3 working days from despatch.

Heavier UK parcels may be sent by courier, and will be delivered in approximately 1-2 working days from despatch.

Orders received before 2pm will be despatched by 5pm the same working day. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be sent the following working day.

Sometimes things can happen outside of our control that may affect deliveries. We will do everything we can to help with any issues that may arise. Simply let us know either by phone or email and we'll be happy to look into it.

 

International Deliveries

Please contact us to check availability of products and delivery in your area.

Deliveries within Europe may take up to 5 working days (please allow extra days at busier times)

Deliveries to the rest of the world may take 7-10 working days (please allow extra days at busier times)

 

Returns

We understand that from time to time, items may need to be returned. Please simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel for more information, and we will arrange this with you. Your returned goods should be in their original packaging and include any accessories that accompany the item.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement. Simply contact us within 14 days to let us know.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

*Unfortunately, we're unable to accept the return of Tarot or Oracle Card sets.

 

Payment

Payment is available through PayPal, or if you don't have an account, don't worry, you can simply enter your payment card details at checkout.

If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know, and you can cancel your order and request a refund. Alternatively, you can choose an item of the same value as a replacement.


If the shop is closed due to Christmas or other holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Please contact us for more information if you'd like to check the availability of your order.

 


Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order as long as your items haven't been despatched. We'll refund your money back to your account if it has already been taken. To cancel an order, please phone us on 0161 790 7989 during working hours, or simply send us an email to arrange.

If your parcel is unable to be delivered and is returned to us by Royal Mail or other courier service, we'll refund the cost of the goods and contact you to let you know.
