Payment & Delivery (UK)

Payment is available through Paypal, either by using your own Paypal account, or the following payment methods:

Delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for unless they are small enough to be put through your letterbox. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Small parcels should be delivered by Royal Mail First Class (2-3 working days).
Larger parcels are sent via Royal Mail or courier and may take a little longer.
All European deliveries should take up to 5 working days.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World should take 7-10 working days, but it is always advisable to allow an extra 2 or 3 days on top of that.

PLEASE NOTE: during periods when the shop is closed due to Christmas and other holidays there may be a delay in processing your order. We will display information and holiday notices on the home page banner when applicable.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. 

Mixed Bag (t/a Clouds) will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery may be subject to factors outside of our control, and Mixed Bag (t/a Clouds) shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

International Deliveries
Please note: due to the nature of home fragrance products and recent legislation regarding the transport of liquids, we are not permitted to use Royal Mail or Parcel Force as our carrier to international destinations. By law we would be required to use designated couriers, who can handle products of this type. Unfortunately, the costs involved would be too expensive. Therefore, it is with regret that we have decided that we cannot send any oil-based product overseas.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be calculated depending on the combined contents of your order and the appropriate delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order total.

Force Majeure
Mixed Bag (t/a Clouds) shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

If parcels are returned to Mixed Bag (t/a Clouds) by the Mail Service for any reason, we will refund the cost of the goods only.

If you need to return a product purchased from Mixed Bag (t/a Clouds) then you have 14 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in with their original packaging and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
N.B. We cannot accept the return of Tarot or Oracle Card sets.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order as long as the cancellation is prior to shipping, with no cost penalty being incurred, and with full credit to your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Clouds website, or by phoning us on 0161 790 7989 during working hours.

Depending on stock availablity, all orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day. Wherever necessary, Clouds will inform customers of stock availablity and approximate waiting times.
