Price: £20 (This workshop will be limited to 8 spaces)
An intimate workshop of only 8 spaces where we inject art and creativity into mindfulness practice. Great for the mind, body and soul.
£20 per person which includes a canvas (that you take home), all the paints and materials for your use throughout the workshop plus light refreshments.
The workshop will use a range of tools and paint to work through a mindfulness exercise, where the aim to paint a sunset. The painting will be abstract and will be a creation that is created unique to you.
This workshop is designed for adults (sorry no under 18’s). You don’t have to be good at art or painting to benefit from this workshop. This isn’t about creating a masterpiece, it’s about using paint and craft tools to be in the present moment, without judgment, and being in the here and now.
So if you’re looking for a little calm, some time just for you and want to explore techniques to help with your own wellbeing then this is for you.
Please wear some clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on, come with an open mind and be ready to have some fun.
You will be able to take your canvas home with you or you can collect it once it’s dry.
Meet Mark:
We're so happy to be collaborating with Mark. He's a talented Fluid Artist and YouTuber with over 30,000 subscribers. Mark's work features abstract acrylic pouring with an emphasis on mindfulness and mental health and how art and creativity can be used as a meditation tool.
As well as producing one of a kind artworks that are hung in homes around the world, he has also completed a diploma in art therapy.
