How to use:
Light your sage or palo santo stick, then blow out the flame leaving glowing embers
- Move around the space you’d like to cleanse, moving the stick in a circular motion away from you gently in one direction
- ‘Push’ the negativity out of the area around you by sweeping the stick towards an open window or door
- Extinguish the stick by placing it in sand or soil in a container (never put it out directly in the earth), keep it dry, and use it again whenever you feel the need
Selenite can be used to clear yourself of negative energies, and is ideal for cleansing your other crystals. Simply place your crystals on the selenite stick, and let them charge overnight. To cleanse your home, place pieces of selenite on your window sills for a protective boost.
When using a lit stick carry a plate or something heat proof under it to catch any ash that may fall from the stick.
