The Merkaba (or Merkabah) shape is star tetrahedron - a 3D merging of two triangular pyramids, one pointing up and one down. It is used in meditation to expand awareness and help the connection to our higher selves.
Sodalite is the stone for meditation. It helps us to trust our deeper instincts and to embrace higher ideals. It is a calming stone with a connection to the heart and is believed to encourage rational thought, objectivity and intuition.
Sodalite enhances self-esteem, balances the metabolism and is also thought to help prevent insomnia.
